Ikona Night Safari Tracking
Because Mapito sits in a Wildlife Management Area rather than the national park, night safaris are permitted. Request a night drive at 8:00 PM to search for active nocturnal species.
Traditional Infrastructure & Outer Concession limits
The tents are classic canvas with simpler furnishings, relying on solar power and generator backups. To enter the Serengeti National Park proper requires paying separate park entry fees.
